Let’s face it, most of us didn’t learn what a healthy boundary is from our family or in school or at work. How are you supposed to know how to have one or even what they even are if you haven’t ever been taught? This workshop is designed to teach you what a healthy boundary IS, what it FEELS like in your BODY and how to be able to say no and feel good about it. Having a boundary isn’t as easy as just learning how to say no. Especially when it comes to having boundaries with family and friends who you haven’t had boundaries with before. While having a boundary is simple it’s not always easy which is why learning what it feels like in your body is such a powerful experience. Once you know what it FEELS like in your body you know how to tap into that feeling again whenever you need to. The best part is you do no not need to be angry to have a boundary that others respect!
