The horses and I will teach you the basics of BE-ing present along with simple strategies to use to remain calm and unflustered in any situation. Learn how to BREATH again in such a way that you can literally feel the stress leave your body.

This workshop is limited to 10 individuals Dress comfortably and in layers, we will be both inside and out so please dress appropriately for all the weather. We will be spending time with the horses so please wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and you MUST wear closed toed shoes around the horses. NO SANDALS!
